Returns/Refund Policy

To keep our prices low we do not accept returns.

If you have questions about a product, please ask before purchasing. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the items we offer. 

In the off chance your item arrives damaged we will replace it, or if it no longer available, we will refund the cost. Please contact us within 5 days and include a picture of the damage.  Contact us at customerservice.dtt@gmail.com

Once contacted we will work to get your item replaced immediately. If we cannot send a replacement item, then a full refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 14 business days.

Please allow 14 business days for either your replacement item or refund to arrive/process.  Often it takes much less time, but occasionally circumstances require this length of time.

Of course we do not anticipate any issues arising, but just in case...
